OGRE: An Anti-bullying App for All

1. Purpose

Bullying and abuse affect people across every environment — home, work, school, and community. Despite living in a world where we can summon a ride or send money in seconds, people still lack a reliable way to document harm or receive instant support. OGRE exists to change that. Aggressive, hate‑filled behavior contributes to societal harms including homicide, suicide, femicide, animal cruelty, sexual assault, and corruption. A modern antidote is overdue.

Human Costs of Abuse

Bullying, abuse, and psychological harm don’t stay contained within personal relationships or workplaces — they ripple outward into society. When people are chronically mistreated, silenced, or destabilized, the consequences are profound:
